We've first met Paul during a house blessing of our friend's house in Fraser Heights, Surrey. Our friend Sheila and Nielsen who were his satisfied clients introduced Paul to us. We were impressed on the wealth of information about the housing market that Paul shared generously in our table.

We decided to schedule a meeting in out town house and he gave us important tips from lighting to de-cluttering, deep cleaning and make our townhouse more appealing for photo shoot and home showing. He guided us on the right pricing to entice more potential buyers during the open house. There was always an open channel of communication between us for the scheduling countless private home showing following COVID-19 safety protocols. Paul and his team was always present during all private showing and keep potential buyers informed and updated. We never felt pushed to decide, they just provided us the right information for us to come up an informed-decision.

When I had to postpone some home viewing due to intervening medical procedure, he supported our decision. Our townhouse was finally sold at our asking price during a buyers real estate market. The whole team also greatly supported us during our numerous house hunting and submission of offers in a crazy seller's real estate market. We have been outbid for 8 times, but getting closer and closer to buying our single detached home as we learn tremendously along the way.

I am writing to express my sincere Appreciation and Thank you for the sincere and diligent work of Paul Kurniawan. I first met Paul about 2 months ago. I found him friendly and unassuming. By questions and answers, Paul was able to determine my needs. He set a plan moving forward due to the fact that I was about to make a trip overseas for 2 months. So this was going to be a challenge. In my mind, I was able to determine that Paul, in this first meeting, would be the realtor I need considering the circumstances I was in. I had a deadline for finding a townhouse to move into. And because I had a deadline, Paul set a plan of action which he delivered while I was overseas. This to me was important because he fulfilled his commitment to me which was set out in the plan.

When I got back to Vancouver, Paul and I met. He set out the schedule of townhomes to visit. The schedule was emailed a week in advanced. The schedule was detailed with timeline that included arriving several minutes early so that we could do a walkabout in the neighbourhood. During the walkabout, Paul gave me good insights on the neighbourhood, vicinity information, as well as the development history of the townhomes. So for every site visit, it was like this. It was the same as we entered each townhouse. Paul pointed out a lot of things to look out for while touring the each home. He answered and took his time answering each and every questions I had, making sure that I understood it.

After about a 2 weeks of site visits, I now had to go back overseas. It was when I got to my destination that I decided on which townhouse I was interested in. So it was via phone call that my wife and I had to discuss with Paul. It was many calls with many questions and clarifications. On 2 occasions, the call was at least an hour long. After each call, my wife and I would comment that Paul really took his time, going over carefully each item on every document we discussed. My wife and I were really impressed on how Paul was meticulous on each explanation and never showed any impatience in the very many questions my wife and I had. It was very sincere. My wife and I felt secure and comfortable.

My wife and I are extremely happy with the sincerity of Paul. No doubt that my family and I will be using Paul for all our real estate needs in the future.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for the eight months of helping me for getting my first Unit. The first impression I had on Paul was friendly and professional. After our first meeting I was able to determine that he was the right realtor for me, Paul answered all my questions honestly. As a first time buyer/investor I have no idea how and where to begin. Presell or buying an existing property. Paul was able to give me an honest answer after listing all the pros- and cons and of each option. I made the decision of getting an existing property. My journey to get my first property begins.

After viewing few properties in Richmond I found it was unaffordable for me. I told Paul about this matter, he was able to reset our plan really fast. We started to look for properties in Surrey.
